Short Stop Diner interior:

This photo was taken just before the diner was sold. It actually remained in operation until the day of the sale.	Here's a shot of the diner as it underwent a major cleaning operation. This was probably the most difficult diner we've had to clean as all the cooking was done up front and inside. The grease which accumulated over fifty years found it's way into every nook and cranny.
We actually had to use a small shovel to get some of the 50 years of grease out. As the diner was so small it had very little distance to travel to cover pretty much any and every surface. With the right cleansers the grease would literally drip off!	All the stools come out for re-chroming and the floor gets thoroughly cleaned and sealed. In the back corner there used to be an original 1950's air conditioner. It was the size of a small closet. That space will now be a display cabinet.
