This cute little diner measures a mere 17 foot wide by 30 feet long. Albeit it’s size it has a lot of
amenities, a small kitchen and back bar area, a pantry with a back door and both
men’s and ladies rest rooms. It was designed with seating for 15 at counter
stools only. It is now available, completely restored (see restoration
photos) for $55,000. It can be shipped anywhere in the US except for CT & MA
which would pose problems.
