This is what the interior looked liked when purchased while in Wilmington, De.	Dismal, greasy, neglected and vandalized.
Improvements on ceiling  during early stages of the cleaning process are very evident.	As new windows are installed and the grease and dirt are removed the diner begins to glimmer with hope.
