| Fifty years of tar and roof coating were removed to expose a very solid
original tongue and groove roof surface over the kitchen section. A new base subsurface was attached then
covered with 30lb roofing felt. A rubberized membrane was then vulcanized onto
the felt prior to final silver top coating.
