Brandywine Diner front roof restoration

Years of patch up roof work hid the condition of the actual roof. Fortunately most of the original roof structure was in excellent condition.

After thorough inspection and repairs as necessary, 30lb roofing felt was attached. The final rubber membrane (prior to silver top coating) should last 20 to 30 years.
