After a secure layer of roofing felt we apply a heavy rubber membrane.
The original concrete...
floor was removed.
Formdeck was secured
before the concrete.
Add metal studs, walls
and counters, then some floor and
wall tile and it's
looking pretty good.
From a bare frame..
to wood subframe
before the insulation
and tyvek wrap.
What a difference a
new skin makes!
New galvanized skin over water vapor barrier.
Insulation throughout the ceiling with
HVAC ducting well secured and insulated.
Then we mount new ceiling panels.
Add lights,
menu board, sunburst stainless steel panels
and we're ready to serve.
